You may use CloudRaven Labs only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Client materials, deliverables, uploaded files, and workspace content may be subject to separate contractual or project-specific restrictions. You may not copy, share, or misuse access to materials that are not intended for you.

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, interfere with system security, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. CloudRaven Labs disclaims warranties except as otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
