If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we may receive basic account information such as your email address, name, and profile details made available by that provider.

We use information to operate and improve CloudRaven Labs services, including to:

Provide account access, authenticate users, and route users into the correct workspace.

Deliver client review portals, collaboration tools, research workflows, and related services.

Communicate with users about access, support, service updates, and project work.

Maintain security, detect abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

If you choose Google sign-in, CloudRaven Labs uses the identity information returned by Google only to authenticate you, create or maintain your account, and provide the services you request.

CloudRaven Labs does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, storage, and analytics providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information where applicable. You may also contact us if you want your account closed or your data removed, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
